Hello babs! It’s been a loooooong time since I’ve reviewed a concealer on my blog so I’m coming at you with a review of the Barry M All Night Long concealer in the shade 2 Oatmeal. Mine was bought as a Christmas present from Superdrug for £4.49. You can also get it from the Barry M website and Boots as well for the same price. There has been a lot of hype surrounding this product so I was very excited to try it out!
There is 5ml of product in this.
The concealer comes in a see-through matte plastic bottle so that you can clearly see what shade the concealer is. The name of the brand and product is in black lettering and the lid is also matte black. The lid screws on and off and the doe foot applicator is quite long and thin.
The concealer claims to be “full coverage“.
The first thing I like to check before testing out a product is whether it has a scent or not… this does have a slight scent to it but you have to get your nose quite close to the product to be able to smell it. The smell isn’t the nicest but it’s nothing too noticeable.
The doe foot applicator is quite long and thin but it does pick up a nice amount of product on it. Onto the concealer itself… the formula is not too thick but its not too thin either, for me personally it is a nice consistency. It applies easily onto the face and a little goes a long way! The concealer blends out easily on the skin and doesn’t dry down too quickly so you’ve got some time to work with it. This shade worked well for brightening up my under eyes as well. I think this concealer could be built up if needed but I wouldn’t apply too much as it could begin to look cakey. The concealer doesn’t dry down too matte but definitely has to be set with a powder so it doesn’t crease. It doesn’t crease straight away but after a while it may show signs of creasing so I’d set it with powder just to be sure. I really like how this concealer sat on my skin, it didn’t emphasise any dryness and overall made my under eyes look good.
Full coverage? I would say this concealer isn’t full coverage but it’s definitely medium to nearly full.

I actually really like this concealer and definitely think it will be my go-to from now on. I still love my Makeup Revolution one but this one I think is quite on par with it and only costs a few pence more. If you’re on the lookout for a new concealer to try then I highly recommend giving this one a try and can definitely understand why it got so much hype! I think the price for it as well is good and I’d 100% pay for it again when it runs out. The shade range I think isn’t the best… they only have 6 I believe… (thats the only negative thing I can say really) However, that being said it’s a great concealer and hopefully they expand their shade range soon!
